ABOUT THE PROJECT
Formerly Scoops and Snacks is a Bragg Creek summer hot spot operating out of one of the oldest buildings on Historic White Avenue. Over the years, Ida May’s Ice Cream & Emporium has been home to several businesses;
- A Texaco (Bragg Creek’s first gas pump)
- A Telephone Exchange
- A Post Office
- A Country Market
THE PROBLEM
With Rebranding Something Both Old and New
Over the years, the shop has been through several different owners. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a scattered online presence and years of confusion for longtime fans.
After signing on with us, we prioritized ensuring the owners’ Summer 2022 rebrand went smoothly. Name changes can create a lot of uncertainty around;
- When things are open
- What products will be changing
- How people can get ahold of the owners etc.
Our three-month-long campaign was almost exclusively rolling out announcements and updates while fielding questions from loyal fans of the original Scoops and Snacks.
We also developed an old-but-new follow-for-follow strategy perfect for businesses located in small, community-driven towns like Bragg Creek.
After building out their Social Media presence with tons of original content we posted the results.👇
